You will submit three videos (3–5 minutes each), which I will personally evaluate with surgical precision. I analyze the "subconscious" layers of your communication, including:

Phase 2: High-Stakes Communication Drills (Weeks 3–6)
We move from analysis to action. To ensure you are an exceptional communicator, we dedicate two hours to live, recorded "Pressure Test" exercises.
• The "Pressure Test" (4 x 30-Min Sessions): I fire off-script, topic-specific questions designed to catch you off guard.
• Thinking on Your Feet: Practice responding in a concise, articulate way within specified timeframes.
• Real-Time Feedback: Get immediate insights in the session, allowing you to adjust your "physical tells" instantly.
• Executive Summary Reports: After every drill, you receive a written summary of your wins and specific improvements to implement in your day-to-day meetings.
Phase 3: Integration & Ongoing Access
• 60-Minute Live Executive Analysis Session: We walk through your full communication identity, repositioning your presence for the level of leadership you are stepping into.
• Written Communication Evaluation (optional): I assess your high-stakes emails or LinkedIn messages for tone, clarity, and executive influence. Sensitive information must be redacted.
• Ongoing Implementation Support: Unlike standard programs, you have direct access for questions as you apply these shifts in real-time leadership situations after we have worked together.
