With over 20 years of experience as a manager, supervisor, and C-suite executive, she brings a rare blend of real-world leadership insight and strategic communication expertise. Her work focuses on executive presence, high-stakes communication, public speaking, confidence, and professional influence—equipping women to lead effectively in complex and demanding environments. Dr. Lamontagne previously held an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach, as well as a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach.

She is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), an achievement earned by 1% of Toastmasters International’s 358,000 members worldwide, reflecting elite mastery in leadership and public speaking.
