Dr. Jacinta Lamontagne is the CEO and Founder of Excite Excellence, Inc which helps professional females develop exceptional personal and professional development skills to become leaders in their industry.  She focuses on confidence, executive presence, creating time for self-care, time management, negotiations, goal setting, public speaking and presentation skills with her clients.

She has over 13 years of experience developing female superstars by providing them with a solid foundation personally and professionally to exceed their goals. She has worked as a manager, supervisor and C-Suite for over a decade and understands how to navigate the easy and complex situations that arise in a professional setting.

She received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and became a Certified Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coach through the Goal Imagery Institute. She is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach which allows her to make a deeper impact on the hard to figure out challenges that her clients face.

She has been featured on WEAR ABC 3 News and has contributed to news publications such as the Tampa Bay Times, Florida Politics, Florida Dental Association's (FDA) Chew On This Segment and provided Florida State Congressional Testimony.

 

She became a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) with Toastmasters International, the world-renowned public speaking and leadership organization. 1% of the 358,000 members of Toastmasters International accomplish this prestigious award.
